He joined Embraer in 2018 to lead the company’s marketing activities in the EMEA region. During his tenure, Michal played a pivotal role in enhancing Embraer’s market presence by successfully placing the newly certified E2 aircraft with several of the region’s leading airlines, including KLM, Luxair, Royal Jordanian, LOT, and SalamAir. In 2023, he was promoted to Head of the Region, and as of this year, he has assumed the role of Global Head of Airline Marketing.
Michal is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience across various areas of the aviation value chain. Before joining Embraer, he served as Executive Director of Strategy and Innovation at LOT Polish Airlines, where he also represented the airline on the Alliance Management Board of Star Alliance. Michal’s career began in management consulting at the Warsaw office of Boston Consulting Group, where he developed a strong foundation in strategic planning.
Michal holds a master’s degree in law and administration from Warsaw University and the University of Catania. As Global Head of Airline Marketing, he is committed to driving innovation and expanding Embraer’s footprint in the global aviation market.
