Olivier is responsible for the Aerostructure Procurement at Airbus. As such he leads a team of Procurement Managers located in Europe, North America and Asia to effectively manage the international and complex Aerostructure supplier base. Olivier is based in Airbus’ Headquarters in Toulouse, France and reports directly to Jürgen Westermeier, Chief Procurement Officer Airbus.
He started his career with the Aerospatiale Aircraft division. He held different jobs in the field of information system and industrial organisation projects management, and then joined Procurement in the late 90’s. He has been responsible for Avionics Procurement and in 2006 he was appointed as the VP for Equipment and Systems Procurement at Airbus Operations SAS.
In 2010 he became SVP for Procurement Strategy and Business Operations at Airbus SAS. From
2013 until 2016 he was in charge of the Material and Parts Procurement. Prior to his present role,
Olivier has been leading the Group General Procurement at Airbus. Olivier graduated from
Toulouse School of Economics and holds a Masters degree in Information System Management
from Toulouse Business School.
