1. Acceptance of Terms
Registration as an exhibitor, speaker, visitor, or participant in the Marrakech Air Show 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Conditions”).
2. Registration Process
To participate in the Event, interested parties must register through the official website and provide all required information. Registration will not be considered final until written confirmation from the Event organization and full payment of the registration fees have been received.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In case of payment delay, the organization reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund or compensation.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following cancellation policy: cancellation more than 90 days before the event – 50% refund; cancellation less than 90 days before the event – no refund is possible.
5. Right of Refusal
The Event organization reserves the right to refuse a participant’s registration for reasons at its own discretion, including but not limited to, non-compliance with the Conditions, concerns about safety, or the reputation of the Event.
6. Event Program
The organization reserves the right to modify the Event program, including speakers and session schedules, without notice.
7. Liability
Participants are responsible for their own insurance. The Event organization disclaims all liability for theft, loss, damage, or injury to a participant or their property during the Event.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Event, including trademarks, copyrights, and databases, remain the exclusive property of the Event organization.
9. Personal Data
Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute arising from these Conditions or related to the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
